Adam Veloria was born and raised on the Big Island of Hawaii. He graduated from Waiakea High School and earned an Associate in Arts Degree in Liberal Arts and a Certificate of Achievement in Fire Science from the University of Hawaii Hilo Community College.

 

Adam exudes the "Aloha Spirit" and anyone can easily see his love for all that the Big Island has to offer. Not only is Adam a Real Estate agent for Hawaii Life Real Estate Brokers, but he also hones his entrepreneurial skills doing home building and home remodeling. Adam also enjoys buying and fixing vehicles as a hobby.

 

With a background as a Big Island tour guide, his awareness of the Island's climate and topography make him the perfect choice for helping you discover your favorite spot to live in paradise. His enjoyment comes from helping others attain their Real Estate dream. With over ten years of experience in the Real Estate industry, and being an active member of the Hawaii Island Board of Realtors, Adam is knowledgeable, ambitious and readily available to assist you in your Real Estate search on the Big Island. In his spare time, Adam enjoys surfing, paddle boarding, bodyboarding, fishing, diving and camping with his wife and children. One of Adam's favorite go-to spots is Pohoiki, a place where he spent most of his childhood.

Jamie was born and raised in Hawaii on the Island of Oahu. She graduated from Moanalua High School and went on to college. After attaining a degree in Tourism and Travel she became a Flight Attendant for Island Air and later Aloha Airlines. In 2005 she started a new adventure with her family and moved to the Big Island while continuing to work as a flight attendant until the company dissolved in 2008.

 

Growing up in Hawaii, Jamie spent her childhood performing hula, learning the culture and later using her hula experience to get into the entertainment industry as a polynesian dancer. Being a flight attendant and polynesian dancer gave Jamie the opportunity to travel all over the world and meet so many different people.

 

Jamie was introduced to Real Estate in 2013 as Realtor's Assistant. During that time, she developed a passion for Real Estate...meeting people, helping people live out their dreams of purchasing a home here in Hawaii, and building lasting relationships. Wanting to expand her knowledge of the industry, she went on to work as an Escrow Associate for a local title company where she learned a completely different side of the real estate transaction. Her heart took her back to where she started, and after almost 4 years in real estate industry she decided to get her license.

 

In her years of customer service whether it be entertaining at a luau or interacting with customers in the air, Jamie is known as building great relationships with anyone she is in contact with. She is known for being a people person with great customer service, consistent communication, strong attention to detail and ensuring a positive experience for everyone she works with. She is a great listener and highly organized. She enjoys working with people of differing cultures and treats all clients as if they were her own family members. Her desire is to build strong, long-lasting relationships, and to become a trusted resource for her clients, along with their friends and families. Jamie's goal is to build lasting relationships with their clients while giving them time and attention they deserve, along with peace of mind from knowing she's working hard on their behalf. Jamie brings her customer service and real estate experience as well as her high ethical standards, professionalism and attention to detail to every sale, lease, or property search.  

 

When not helping clients, Jamie is usually being "mom". She also enjoys taking photos and sewing. At the end of a long day, she enjoys being at home with her family.
